K. K. fon STRICKA VILLA MANOR

A wealthy brewer’s mansion was reborn as an unique, culturally immersed facility in 2015. Instead of undergoing a complete renovation and styling with a superficial effect of glamour, the building is repurposed with limited furnishings, a bar and fitted bookshelves. Also kept minimal the surrounds of the building. The ambience of the building is something that is not artificially made, but is created by its regular visitors and the presence of ongoing restoration.
